Rain nearly over so track should get less wet throughout the session.

Feels like even longer since we had a proper 'random driver at the right time' pole. Fingers crossed!

So virtuous and altruistic of Vettel to wear such a helmet! https://www.motorsport.com/f1/news/vettel-highlights-canadas-oil-sands-climate-crime/10324382/ If only he wasn't sponsored by Aramco though. Whooooooooops!!! :whistling: :slaphead:  https://i.kym-cdn.com/entries/icons/mobile/000/036/...

A company known for delivering a solid product but also for making grand predictions that never really work out as promised?

As far as I’m aware, there is no minimum ride height rule, the plank was introduced to disrupt the air flow under the car to slow them down and was never intended to be in force past the end of the 94 season. It was nothing to do with enforcing a ride height rule as if you want to set a minimum rid...

*Posted during a 40 degree day in freaking ENGLAND, sure, things can go on as they are just FINE! :whistling: 2 days of 40 degree heat, big wow. In 1976 we had a period where there was no rain from April until September, during July the temperature did not drop below 30, and for something like 15 d...

Wish I had something else to do, because this is the weekend to skip. Maybe a tablet of Dramamine would help to cope with the race. https://i.postimg.cc/52YxQDvS/sick.png https://f1i.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/DgToh1_W0Acmouy.jpg With shots like this, I would suggest dropping some acid to ramp ...

Kind of important to be able to stop.

Mattia 'Nothing needs to change' Binotto was presumably locked in a cupboard while the decision was taken.

early to mid 90s are the best looking cars IMHO every single discussion about best looking F1 cars always ends back here :flag: I always wonder if it's just our nostalgia, because we were kids at the time. I always wonder if it's just our nostalgia, because we were kids at the time. This would explain that late 90s or sometimes early 2ks gets mentioned, and that would correspond to today's young adults' childhood. Can an old fart come here and confirm that mid-1990s is superior, even if they grew up ...

So Max starting 15th. I'd rather start from pitlane given the Source shenanigans, still one of the most dangerous start corners in F1

Schumacher won from 16th here in 1995. It's especially relevant because Leclerc and Ferrari are clearly cosplaying this season as Damon Hill and Williams in 1995.

https://i.imgur.com/UZLCBdG.png 25 years today Poor Damon Hill. Came so close to sticking the crapbox Arrows on pole, six tenths faster than the next Bridgestone runner, and his heroics will always be a footnote to the craziness just ahead :slaphead: https://www.formulapassion.it/wp-content/uploads...

These tyre test practice sessions are pretty rubbish. Race weekends aren't the time for meaningless test sessions. Not helped by the tyres being terrible The longer the Pirelli era has gone on the more obvious it is to me at least, that a big reason why the racing has been crap for the last 5-6 yea...
