GRM will keep the retro Volvo paint liveries on both #33 & #34 for this weekend.

Nissan will run a retro paint livery on the #23 car of Michael Caruso & Dean Fiore this weekend.

I remember it clashing in 2011, although I thought there was rain at a portion of the race.

Best day of the year IMO. Been watching foxtels bathurst channel pretty much all week watching old races and the documentaries are awesome too. Just rewatched the ending to 2014 and i still get goosebumps when whincup ran out of fuel on the last lap.

This race always falls on my birthday weekend which is epic, even if I have had to watch for the last 4 years with headphones on to drown out the party the neighbours have at the same time, they're not racing fans, it's just their kid shares the same birthday as me and as all 6 year olds do, he has a party that runs from the Friday night right through to Sunday afternoon, got some stamina that kid has ;)
