For the record ARCA notified every team 2 laps before the final restart that the next caution would end the race because of impending dangerous weather conditions, including lightning and large hail. TV made no mention of it until after the race ending caution came out, and failed to mention weather, instead saying darkness.

ARCA got it right, TV didn't.
