the stream has been laggy for me off and on, I heard they put a geo-block for the surrounding area of the track but unsure.

I'm just glad they are streaming it though, rarely get to see the Big Blocks live down here (other than World Finals)

After all the positive responses from Kyle's fan video after Martinsville, he decided to give one lucky fan the chance to touch his car at Bristol!

Honestly shocked we haven't heard or seen more of such things like that happening. We been pretty lucky in recent years on that, hopefully we don't see more of it. The spectators that get hot passes need to be more aware of their surroundings, I have heard of so many close calls over the years on the big levels. The tracks try to mark areas out for the spectators to stay in but most of the time they don't.

In other news, Lightning Larry Wight got the win in the first Twin 20 at Utica Rome, second one should be coming up soon. Stream link in the thread somewhere

If someone has no business being in the garage and doesn't notice a large thundering stock car coming their way, they really should reconsider being in the garage area.

Alot of them don't think that ahead of time unfortunately until after the fact. Alot of tracks have relaxed their rules over the recent years too which has made stuff like this more prominent to happen as well

pretty good finish in the 2nd Twin 20 feature at Utica Rome that was streamed on FansChoice. Sheppard got by Mahaney with 2 to go in turn 3.

That lady is actually the wife of a VERY well known late model driver. She should definitely have known better and her posts on social media just make her look like even more of an idiot. I would bet she spends every other weekend at some race track. Shame to act like a victim.

He was just trying to loosen her up so he could get by.

Get her into a car for the next race so she can get her revenge. Boys and girls have at em!

If he was freewheeling she wouldn't have heard him over the noise on the track, so mother of late model driver or not, it's possibly not as clear cut as the video/twitter reaction shows, a very famous whiney Brit's wife almost got run over at Silverstone once in similar circumstances, it used to happen more often than you'd think.

You would think Bristol's infield would be too congested to allow non-essential personnel access during the race.

From the stands, fun race. Really enjoyed myself and there was always something going on. Dinger and Jimmie had a couple of run ins down the front straight. Kurt was working over Blaney's back bumper, thought for sure he was going to dump him early on. Danica failed at taking a swipe at McMurray at one point and put herself in the wall. Cassil leading, and Dale Jr coming back from that start issue to finish 2nd. Just makes me wonder how he'd have done without that issue.

I'm going to try to make it back to Bristol for sure.

He probably would have wrecked early or finished 30th, that ignition problem likely riled him up and forced him to drive round problems rather than complain about them.

I'm assuming that it is Kres Van Dyke you're talking about?

You are correct.

Should have made it more specific, he's very well known around the Carolina's and Virginia's.

I just thought he raced at Kingsport and Lonesome Pine to be honest. Didn't know he raced anywhere else...
