excited to see how Haas runs, hope they can run the weekend without any major issues

also random question, are we going to post in the V8 thread or a separate thread as far as the support races go?

F1 is a bit like someone you no longer fancy. After a few months away you always come back for a bit.

Ah, finally I'm allowed to speculate about the weather. It looks very typical for F1: showers for Friday and when it counts, it's dry and sunny. :slaphead:

Well, hopefully we don't need additional factors to make an interesting race. It's interesting to see how every team actually relate to each other in terms of pace. Besides, melbourne is always difficult with wall being ever so close and a quite plenty of gravel traps.
Yet, last year the race was one of the worst one in F1 history. It can't be that bad again, can it?

Cars will drive around at various speeds and one of them will reach the finish line before the others.

Not enough place on the podium for all the Germans.

As long as Lewis doesn't start with a win, it's good. I'm curious how the 'relaxed' team rules at Mercedes will pan out. Will they have two teams of strategists? If not, it will result in favouritism real fast.

As much as we all bitch about it, having bad f1 around to moan about is better than no f1 at all.

Last year wasnt great, but it did give us fun races like Hungary, USGP and a couple of others.
(And 2 flipperzzzz :metal:    8) )
And there was always Max and a few midfield guys to look to for enjoyment

So yeah, F1 might be bad but it's not off season bad ;)
