Ratings will not change until they change broadcasters!

Although IMSA really has no other major options to switch to honestly, NBC is spread pretty thin now, CBS could be a option but I would think most races would be on CBS Sports Network which is still growing, and ESPN is basically getting out of racing with exception to a few IndyCar races and X Games. The only other realistic channel groups I see is either Discovery/Velocity if they want ratings, as MavTV is still pretty small.

Speaking purely as a viewer and not an investor/manufacturer/TV exec:

-Getting rid of familiar faces/voices: BAD
-Calling the races remotely: BAD
-IMSA taking over control of what is broadcasted a la FOM: BAD

They've been calling the F1 races remotely for years.

IMSA dealing with the broadcast is much better than FOX doing it...maybe we'll get to see more battles as they happen rather tan having to pander through all 4 classes.

Yeah, and spending less time with pitcam interviews would be a lovely step as well.

I won't be seeing any of the TV coverage for Daytona, as I've decided that I'm just gonna go to the Rolex this year. This'll be a blast.

Just hoping there's a decent stream available somewhere for the first few hours if it all gets geoblocked on IMSA.com again.
