Kansas: the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series returns to Kansas for the 2nd time in 2015. Also running this weekend is the season finale for the ARCA Racing Series & the NASCAR Xfinity Series.

Other Tracks: Thompson hosts the World Series of Speedway Racing this weekend, including the season finale for the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour. The points battle for the NWMT championship is extremely tight as Doug Coby & Ryan Preece is tied for the points lead while Woody Pitkat is behind by 3 points. NASCAR Mexico is at Aguascalientes for the 2nd time in 2015, NASCAR K&N West is at Roseville, the All American 400 is this weekend at Nashville featuring Pro Late Models, Portsmouth hosts the Dirt Track World Championships featuring the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series.

With exception to the NWMT race on Sunday (due to NBCSN television rights and a NASCAR Top 3 Series event running at the same time), all of the other features at Thompson this weekend will be streamed on FansChoice.TV. Which includes, ISMA Supermodifieds, American Canadian Tour, Valenti Modified Racing Series, NEMA Midgets, Northeast Mini Stock Tour, New England Truck Series, North East Street Stock Tour, NEMA Lites and all of the weekly Thompson divisions

Interesting start to Cup Practice so far. Brian Scott and Ryan Blaney are 1-2 and all 3 Roush Cars and both Richard Petty Motorsports cars are in the top 15.
