Lmao... not sure if serious or...

Steve O'Donnell did say on Sirius that if it rains this weekend in the Cup Race, they WILL use the rain tires. I hope it does. 1. Because crybaby Dave Moody doesn't like races in the rain and 2. To call NASCAR's bluff and see if they actually do do it, because they've had chances to in the past and postponed the race to Monday.

Gurantee they won't unless they get to practice in the rain. Otherwise, if it rains on race day, they'll postpone it citing safety concerns having not practiced.

They've added Tomy Drissi to the Xfinity entry list in the STRAIGHT OUTTA COMPTON Toyota.

Even if they do run in the rain nascar's approach to rain racing isn't very exciting based on their previous experiences with nw at road America...

If it starts to rain they'll go yellow immediately and if it continues they'll go red and demand the teams pit for rain tyres.

They don't share other series philosophies that it's the teams job to manage the conditions as they see fit, they see it as their responsibility to ensure all the teams are on the right tyres .

When you take that exciting gamble element out of rain races, they're not even that exciting

First time with rain for a lot of people, I'm sure this will change after 3 wet races.
