Def won't be watching anything from Pocono. Truck racea is going to be the biggest farce in years, and Cup races at Pocono always suck ass. NXS at Iowa is promising but guaranteed win for either Jones or Blaney....meh the sport is just way too predictable.

Idk, I think the Pocono races the last few years have been pretty decent. Definitely helped switching to 400 miles.

Going to 400 miles at Pocono was the right thing, pity it was about 15 years too late.

One corner doesn't make the other 199 laps enjoyable. Maybe the spring 98 race that DW was competitive during. That was the last good one.

The track layout of Pocono is always gonna mitigate against classic races - its so hard to drive and set up for.

Six weeks ago. Seriously, that race was really fucking fun, one of the very few high points of the season. Every restart looked like a Mad Max war party, and they stayed that way pretty far into the run. Not to mention, there was actually a tast winner.

If you ask me, every single year I've watched the sport has had one good Pocono race - but only one, never both. There's always one that rocks, and one that doesn't, and thankfully I've been there for some of the good ones.

Saw somewhere that they have removed the bumps in T2, probably for the indycars.

Probably not a good idea. Might see a flag that will offend you.

Case in point.

I thought last year's race was good enough that I would have enjoyed it from my couch. I might be biased, however.
