Congrats to Corvette. Hope with the new GTE rules next year we will have a titan battle again between Prodrive, Corvette, Ferrari and Ford. Hope the old GT1 times will relive.

I don't remember this sort of honor lap from past years. I guess depends at which point it becomes the final lap, now was no time to arrange the parade lap?

Alonso could be on the podium right now. There was a reliable rumor that he had a Hulkenberg like deal but McLaren then ended up saying no.
