Going to be at this one, in stand k for the race on Sunday! Has anyone been before? Is it straightforward getting to the grandstands?

From memory it's pretty easy to get around and each area was well signposted. We came in on the train and I don't remember having any trouble finding the grandstand (I think we were in Stand O, which isn't far from K). Enjoy yourself. Even if it's not the most exciting race, there's something special about being there. I just haven't been able to afford it for a while. :(

I still really enjoy Monaco races. Even if it's single file, there's still the tension of the walls being so close to the track and the fact that anyone could retire at any moment because of a mistake. You know, that thing that doesn't happen at any other circuit anymore. Safety Cars can mix up the order as well. I'd love to see the Mercedes further down the order at some point.

I've been fortunate enough to attend the Monaco GP twice.

Rest assured, when it comes to facilities and signs to the grandstands, you are at the best event of the lot.
Also, because you are in the city, I just ate in the cafés, which didn't charge €8 for a hamburger.

TV Monte-Carlo coverage is as bad as always so far.

Couple cars been off, Rosberg tapped the wall at Tabac & we see none of it.

Is Monaco the only non-FOM directed race now? Didn't Suzuka change from FujiTV?

Yeah.

FOM started doing Suzuka in 2012 & were doing the rest since 2007.

If they only let FOM do the coverage here, too

There's a new patch of tarmac at the Lowes hairpin & from the camera on the nose of Rosberg's car it looks like its created a fairly big bump as they go over it.

Those low camera angles give such a better sensation of speed :flag:

The coverage was one of my complaints I typed in the new survey
http://surveys.haymarket.com/s3/twitter-feed

Suzuka has been great lately, they even catch incidents live as they are happening. In contrast, for Monaco there can be SC or red flag for a minute with no explanation shown on the screen.
