Wifi was knocked out at the media center temporarily. Also, if Qualifying is rained out, standings are set by entrant points. So Bourdais goes from 23rd up to 6th. It's in his best interests if qualifying is rained out.

Looking at the radar it is hard to say if it going to get better later. Maybe. One thing for sure, it can't get wetter than it is right now.
