This track was never repaved technically speaking. It was build in 1996 IIRC?

The 4 and 41 are just on rails. A car length or 2 apart.. 5.5 secs on 3rd

One has to think how would Harvick's career developed if he left RCR earlier?

I think he was in a great position at RCR until about 2008 or 09 or 10. Should have left around then. There was that one year RCR was insanely junk.
