If that where true it should have been their very first defense. Not their last. Wonder if Peter will step in now or that he lets kaltenborn destroy the team completely

Court proceedings will continue tomorrow at 1030am, ie two hours before practice starts. And so the saga continues...

My assumption. The judge doesnt allow them to practice tomorrow until this is resolved which means no race.

I'm kinda surprised that both Bernie and the fia haven't comnented on this ordeal at all.

I thought the FIA or the F1 has a contract board/court/jury. How come they cannot enforce their own rules? I doubt VdG will be driving, but just to shake things up good, I hope their assets will get seized. Even Forti and Pacific didn't resort to this kind of crap. It also sends a great message to potential sponsors.

No practice tomorrow doesn't mean no race. You have to qualify but it is not a problem if qualification is the first time you sit in the car.

This whole saga is just a disgrace. I can't imagine anyone who would want to come forward and add new sponsorship to their team while this is happening. I mean it doesn't exactly reinforce the idea that they are an upstanding team that you want to be associated with does it?

renault must be happy with this saga. The value is dropping with every comment by sauber's lawyers.

Also hearing suggestions that giedo's father in law might settle for a share in the team.

If Giedo will drive, it sounds like it is Ericsson that will step aside for now.
