Last one with the COY, they should be selling them like Black Friday.

Or in nascar terms: if you're terrible at something: you better be rich so you can do if anyway.

The chassis are still going to be the same, just a different body iirc.

Jim Ross will apparently be involved with FOX's coverage of the Daytona 500.

Looks like I might be doing some voice over work for the Daytona 500 for 1 of their race features. Stay tuned.

Apparently the Affarano team can't get the car certified for Johanna, with no idea of when it will be done. Sounds like bullshit to me...which really sucks for Johanna.

Oh that also, but I was referring to the big 2007 entry list for the 500. Also notice how the Arca series were much more competitive in the following years than the ones before that in the SS races, at least until they torn all the COY apart....

Damn, I just saw that they are going to use the group qualifying for the 500 this year. I thought they were going to keep the single car qualifying for the 500 only. If it's anything like the qualifying for the 400 last year, the pole sitter may wind up being Cole Whitt or somebody. Lol.

Also just noticed that Brian Scott and David Gilliland are not running the Unlimited even though they won a pole last year. :(

True... eh I never really cared much for plate qualifying. Except in the mid 90's where they'd be dragging their asses on the straights.

That was always fun to see. Back when NASCAR Heat came out, I would qualify at Daytona and Talladega like that. I adjusted my setup to have the rear springs super soft and jack the nose up in the air.

It's all fun and games until the person slinging mud loses focus (again) doesn't win the championship (again).
