The Red Bull is a beautiful car with a great looking nosecone. Even the nose tip which is similar to Williams actually looks pretty good.
The Ferrari however looks horrible on track if you ask me.

I'm actually surprised it has taken an F1 team so long to test with some kind of disruptive pattern on the car - road cars have had this sort of thing for years. Shame it is probably only a testing livery.

This car is as hot as they can get nowadays. I want it to win, just not as easy as last year.

Only way to make a modern F1 car look good.

Well its not that you can hide anything with the livery. Cuz todays F1 is so restricted you really cant show your creative side..

They seem to be a fair bit louder this year based on the bits of testing footage i've seen so far.

Annoyingly that horrible misfire/TC type sound that was really noticeable in 2013 when they were doing the exhaust blown diffuser stuff seems to be back on some cars so they sound awful under acceleration out of the slower corners.

I hope Red Bull can win again, but only if they keep that gymkhana rally livery

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Clever livery but also cowardly by Red Bull. I know teams like to keep developments and designs a secret, but this is going a little too far. That said, I'd be fine if they continue using this livery.

Now as it's sunny in Jerez, the new Mercedes photos are incredible indeed....under sun lights this car is unbelievably beautiful. Mercedes wins in terms of beauty followed by Lotus. It's so good when you combine good engineering, aerdynamics and beauty at the same time.

And this is how Sauber looks from the inside

Vettel has decided to stick to one helmet this year, so thankfully he's chosen the best design on the grid.

It's just a guess on my part, but I think Vettel never really wanted to change design every single week. It always seemed an elaborate PR-thingy demanded by the higher authorities at RBR.

10/10 helmet. Works great with the Ferrari too.

I don't think so....I believe Vettel is mature now. He's realised that changing helmet every weekend was extremely childish. That's why you need to have a bad season sometimes, people grow up.

Ron has tweeted that the McLaren's livery *will* be changing, but he won't say when. My money is on January 2016.

Also a nice video of the Honda doing an impression of an engine that hasn't remember how many cylinders it has:

He was quoted in an FAQ recently saying that he will 'try' to keep the same design for at least this season...

Incidentally, does anyone know if he had any design between his first 'Sebastian the crab' one as a child, and his first Red Bull can?
