Absolutley crazy...Harvick dominated just as I figured, not sure what to expect from Homestead from them. Lolgano and Hamlin arent going to let either win the title, who the fuck knows what will happen.

lol, do you honestly think there's any chance he won't? It's not as if it was some subtle thing that only a handful of people noticed.

I don't think watching Nascar has ever made me this pissed off in all the years I've followed it. Fuck this chase, fuck Brad Keselowski, fuck Ryan Newman, fuck NASCAR, fuck everybody

Homestead is gonna be awesome! First time champ on tap! I hope it's newman but I got a feeling all owed payback is coming to all the chasers..

In a proper series, Newman would be penalised for such a move. He basically just slammed Larson out of the way.

Nothing would kill this chase more than if Newman won. Newman wins, we all win.

I'd love it for one of the drivers to just say, "I don't mind missing the cut - this system is BS anyway," but it'd probably cost them 25 grand.

Dunno, not giving penalties for everything is what makes me enjoy watching Nascar.

And that's the one thing I never liked about Racing in Europe, they always had WAY to low of a tolerance for agression.

Larson crashing Newman on the pace laps next week would be amazing.

At least in our very own TBKOC series we don't have any of this Chase shit and we actually have a good battle for our championship!

The thing that makes stock car racing good is that you can lean on the other cars.

However that wasn't "leaning". He got away with it because it was a non Chase driver he did it so it doesn't matter.

Like how there are now 39 cars on the track that don't matter.

Not really a fan of any of the final four drivers, but I'd like to see Newman win the title (without winning the race) to make a whole farce of this "Winning is Everything" format in NASCAR.

Before the Chase, who had the driver who led the series in wins and all 4 Hendrick drivers being out of contention before Homestead?

We all know that Newman hasn't won, but Denny winning the title would be equally stupid (and personally more infuriating because he is such a fucking douche). Denny hasn't even competed in every race this season and his only win, which clinched his chase berth, was under caution at Talladega.

He's going to win it.

I'm rooting for Newman and Hamlin, ideally a non-Chaser wins the race, and Newman wins the title without winning a race all year.. and he gets the finish by fuel mileage.

I like Harvick the most out of the remaining drivers, so I'd like to see him win, but as Jeff just said, having No Wins Newman grab the championship under a system that's meant to put utmost importance on winning would be hilarious.

I said the same to my Dad while we were watching the pre-race, I can imagine what he's going to say to me in the morning now
