P3-P6 within 0.08 secs. Wish it had been Mercedes instead of Marussia/Caterham that went bankrupt. Would be great qualifying then.

Yes because having cars quite tightly packed in terms of time and performance has always been a proven recipe for great racing, hasn't it?

Enough already with all these celebrities in the pits that I don't recognize and that earn in a day what I only earn in 2 years and yet don't have to pay a cent to be there and even don't watch the cars

Happy that they've told Bernie to fuck off this year and have put the stars back on the runoff.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Nico's pole was faster than last year's pole time.

Vettel's 2013 Pole - 1:36.338
Rosberg's 2014 Pole - 1:36.067

Quite amazing when you consider how far off the pace they were at the start of the season.

I think Rosberg and Button both pulled something out of the hat today, and it's probably crucial for both of them right now.

Sutil and Maldonado :8:

Was expecting them to be dead last with their team mates as their cars are the worst without the new teams. Mind blowing performances from this two. Maldonado is the fastest bad driver I ever seen in F1.

Well, Rosberg might not become champion but he won the qualifying battle and humiliated Lewis, in the process.

Sauber, Force India & Lotus will hold some sort of press briefing later to confirm they will not boycott. However they will produce a series of proposals to reduce costs to help the small teams.
