I was really hoping for a late caution, or a lot of cautions that mixes the strats here. But after Chicagoland, don't know if that is needed. Also, amazing cars the Ganassi had. If only they made it to the chase. I wonder how they'll perform here. As with Keselowski, Gordon and Johnson.

I'm planning on going on Saturday for the trucks, mods and ACT, but I might stay home and watch the cup race since I'm going to Dover the following weekend.

I wanted to go to the Cup race this weekend but it never materialized. I guess Gordon, Kane and Rick Hendrick are making an appearance at Lime Rock tomorrow so I may see if I can sneak out of work early lol

I'm heading up late tomorrow. Will be at the track all weekend. Sorry guys but if the race is really boring, don't expect me to climb onto the catch fence.

I'll be at the ARCA race. JWT isn't driving in it, so there may be at least one less caution. I may do Kansas in a few weeks as well.

I looked up the results to see where everyone from that first race in 1993 ended up. Of the 40 starters, 22 are retired, 9 are currently involved with NASCAR tv programming (2 others were also but aren't anymore), 4 still race part time, 3 are dead, 1 works for NASCAR, and 1 - Jeff Gordon - is still contending for a championship.

Wow ZERO Cup drivers in either NWS or Trucks?? This could be interesting.

They woke up and realized that if they want to advance they have to run well which actually might require their full attention for their cup cars.

How important is the stand alone Nationwide race?

I still don't get ESPNEWSHD so I get shitty coverage. I also don't get FS2HD either.

We've had cable for a year and half now, so I don't get any napcar coverage except for some cup races. Don't mind.

Honestly I don't either, bc I just go on racing underground or whatever the hell it's called now and download the torrents of the race. Watch and delete.

How does that work? I've lost all kinds of race coverage of late and it's been a bitch to find online.

Ryan Truex has been dropped from the 83 at the last minute. Not sure what's going on there.

Had a feeling since February he wasn't going to make it the whole year...bring back Parker Kligerman!

To be fair, it's hard to imagine any driver lasting the full season in that ride.

Kinda true..I believe BK racing has one top 10 finish in three years of multi-car teams. This is a team that came into the sport at a bad time, when nothing stays the same, so they never can get their footing, and always run terrible.
