The night race at Bristol is upon us. I will be busy all week at both the track and Food City Family Race Night getting autographs. Hope it's a good one!

Trucks Entry List
Nationwide Entry List
Cup Entry List

ARCA is also at Madison this weekend. 15 cars are on the entry list as of right now... pathetic.

ARCA Entry List

A couple of notes:
The Southern Mods and Truck race is on Wednesday night. It doesn't appear as if the Mods are being televised this year (at least live). So, I will be enjoying a great race, while you guys suck. :p
And the Nationwide race will be a 300 lapper in the fall for the first time. That's 50 extra laps for Kyle Busch to destroy the field for those counting at home. :x

Sunday's ARCA race is airing live on CBS Sports Network, BTW.

it's a prelim. entry list, I expect more to be added soon. with that said, the arca race will probably be the best stockcar race of the weekend anyway

edit: arca now up to 29 cars

man i watched the '01 bgn bristol race a few days ago (thanks to de3 for uploading it) and it's amazing how much i used to be excited for the bristol races. they'll never have the same kind of atmosphere and intensity as they used to regardless of what they do to the track or cars

I cracked a bone in my right hand that night, smashing the coffee table in front of me in rage (2-3 times) after Dale did his Dale thing against Terry Labonte.

The coffee table didn't break, by the way - not a scratch on it, still being used today... I was\am a pretty weak fella.

I remember getting so pumped at a Dale Jr. Dega win one time, that I fist pumped and smashed the glass dome covering the light in my room. :slaphead: :D

We didn't know it at the time, but the "Jimmie Johnson should be fawken shawt" guy and his family were trailblazers.

Milka Duno + John Wes Townley + Bristol = ?

Not much probably as Milka doesn't have a chance in hades of qualifying.

During the Mika-Zonta-Schumacher pass in F1 I had the TV remote in my hand and was so surprised I flung it across the room, JUST missing the TV by millimetres and smashing it so badly it didn't work.
I got in such trouble for that for like every time over the next 2 months that we had to change the TV channel manually (THE HORROR!) until we got one of those cheap self-programmable remotes :p

ITT forumers reveal things they've smashed up while watching racing.

I'll be at Food City Race Night. We should get a beer or something afterwards.

Truck race in about 3 hours.

Kyle Busch is entered. That should answer whether you should watch or not.

On the upside, he's not been having the greatest luck of late....

Let's hope that continues.

Modified race has not even started yet, this better not get shortened because they're up against the TV time for the trucks like last year... [POUTING FACE]
