Logano's car is still sparking a lot.

this is definitely PACK racing. As in one cluster of cars that can go nowhere since they cant touch.

The ONLY way the outside line can move forward and pass is by pushing, which is illegal. Very frustrating to watch.

Yeah, I think the problem is that even though the tandem is dumb, this is even worse because they're having to race the cars in a way that isn't the fastest way they can go. It's kinda like having a basketball game where everyone has to shoot with their non-dominant hand.

Take the spoilers and side fins off the cars. Problem solved.
