Other things to consider

After the great races at the road courses, its a 'back to reality' week. Busch will stink up Trucks, Nationwide and then fail in Cup.

There literally is NOTHING to say about this weekend.

Apparently Ryan Blaney got a nose bleed while practicing yesterday.

One thing of note:

For the first time since the rescheduled Loudon race in 2001 (due to Sep. 11 attacks) - there won't be 43 cars starting a NASCAR Winston/Nextel/Sprint Cup race. Unless of course, NASCAR intervenes.

I'm sure Jeremy Mayfield would hop in a car.

I was thinking of someone a bit more extreme, the TNT car. Or Morgan Shepherd.

The TNT car would be fantastic.

I'll enter..... if NASCAR approves my slow as balls Chevy Cruze. No need to pit the car as it's a 400 mile race and I get 450 miles out of a tank. I'll put all your names on the car for free but I'm going to charge $20 for the hood and a subway sandwich for each quarter panel.

JWT already in the wall...with his backup truck.

For awhile it seemed like he'd settled into a decent-ish rhythm of finishing races unscathed but he's regressed a bit in recent months.

I'd rather watch nothing than watch this...see y'all tomorrow
