My setup here is:

^ this stream in VLC for video (pausable, no ads, no full screen interviews, and slightly higher picture quality than the ES Player natural sounds feed - and way smoother too (no Silverlight - yay!)).

ES Player natural sounds stream for audio (easy to sync with the above video by pausing)
+
Radio Le Mans stream in VLC for commentary (delayed by 20-odd seconds to match the pictures).

All synced up, output to TV via HDMI, no buffering or interruptions whatsoever. And I can listen to World Feed commentary when the RLM guys do their race/world cup updates or have a long interview when there's action on the circuit. :)
