You know, a double file restart might have prevented that as drivers could judge the speeds between drivers better.. but hey ho!

This has nothing to do with double\single file restarts, it's just Power being a dick.

Too bad, i was impressed by the lack of cock-ups today...

Off the final turn, most of the back and middle of the field floors it so they don't miss the start. Either because of the pace car, the restart zone location, or the leader, they did not go and they all just piled in.

Reminds me a bit of that GT pile-up at Ricard a couple of years ago - the back end of the field couldn't see what the front was doing, and just assumed they would be accelerating, because why the hell wouldn't they be.

This wreck has more to do with Power's lack of restart ability and less about how they lined up.
