It literally defies all logic that they can't get these broadcasts done completely live.

At least they get it done, nothing here but soccer in Brazil.

I never understand why Cup gets a qualifying session 2 days before their scheduled race day but NW about 3 hours before its own race.

Surely it'd make sense if they swapped it? Cup qualy on a sat might actually get more viewers and then that'd be a great lead in to the NW race??

The new qualy format is a hell of a lot more entertaining but if they do it on a Friday no-one will watch.
