If anything they're showing the complete opposite, they have no control over their drivers (one gets to the point where he feels he has to wreck his team-mate to prove a point, and the other goes running to the press broadcasting the teams debriefing before the washing up has even been done) and in the case of Toto, he also opens his mouth before engaging his brain far too often for someone supposed to be in a managerial role.

Then the team starts running Twitter polls asking what to do, are they out of their tiny little minds or just taking the piss?

But yeah, keep it up, it's far more entertaining than other reality tv shows

They can't control the drivers all the time. What they can do is take the situation and work it out. Which they did.
We'll have to agree to disagree, I think they are handling it as well as they can.
To stop the drivers hitting each other (it wasn't on purpose imo) or running to the press they'd have to basically them up, no on track racing and really dull interviews.
No one wants this.

I don't understand. His left foot is right there on the brake pedal. At 5kph in an F1, he touches it, he stops on the spot.

Merhi is likely to take Kobayashi's spot at Monza. He's paying €300k, but is contingent on him getting his superlicense on time.

Is anyone still upset about the lack of noise from the cars this year? The racing has been just as good, & there has been alot to talk about this year race & team wise, so is it still a sticking point?

The sounds is still bugging me which is actually surprising as humans usually get used to anything. I have to admit I didn't expect the cars to go that fast so I can't wait for Monza to see the top speed. The racing and the races are pretty good and I can't complain about that but the sound is just nowhere.

after long consideration I finally found out why the sound bothers me so much.

It's because the cars haven't changed much in terms of looks as opposed to the 2013 cars.
So when you see these similar chasis, it would always be somewhat disappointing (because you associate them with V8 sound)

Have you completely missed the penis noses for this year? To say that the car hasn't changed looks much from last year is like saying the sound hasn't changed much from last year.

On that subject, I notice Caterham have update their front wing/nose. They no longer have the 'Gonzo' nose, & now an updated version which is not so distracting.

As a racing purist, the sound doesn't bother me. The fantastic racing that we've had this year more than justifies the new formula.

The problem however, is that with this new formula, an icon has been killed: the high-pitch scream. The iconic sound that's been with the sport since its inception, with the exception of the first turbo-era. I hope the casual fan can see past that.

I have to say what still bothers me is the look of those "penis noses". I can't really get used to them. While Mercedes or Ferrari have some amazing looking cars McLaren, Toro Rosso or Force India still look ridiculous to me.
I love the sound though...

The sound doesn't bother me. To be honest, when watching live if it's any louder I would wear ear plugs. So it doesn't matter. They sound good, just not loud.
