I would guess they use a spy cam. Very very small but effective enough.

A hack from the Daily Star did the same thing to actor Gordon Kaye in 1990, by dressing up in scrubs. It led to a fairly important case in English law, which may well not apply in France:

I don't think the French have a translation for 'police brutality', so this should be interesting.

as long as the fines for these horrible actions are less than what comes in in sales they wont stop.

Those paparazzi are really annoying today. I mean its crazy...
And the craziest is that someone pays them to do such things.

You can bring electronic devices into the Intensive Care Unit. When my dad was in ICU recently you could bring cell phones and tablets into the room without any problems.

Yeah it's a myth they screw with equipment, if anything it's the other way around, they don't like you taking phones on wards because it disturbs the other inmates.

This Picture is shown on Bild.de today. It shows the scene from the cable railway a few minutes after the crash. It looks like the tiny rock on the left is the one he collided with.I say that was pure bad luck...

In France, we remember the story of Romy Schneider's son, David, who died by empaling himself on the grid of the house.
Two journalistes, dressed as medical personal, took pictures of the dead 14yrs old kid in the morgue (And the pictures were released in the press). Two people remembered as dirty assholes.

Maybe a bit offtopic, but why does medical confidentiality never seem to be applied in cases of famous people being treated?
