So now there's Mario, Michael, Marco, Mario #2 and Mia? I think there might be a Marissa too. They like they're M's.

That's true.

We really need more races.

Anyway, they were testing yesterday in Sonoma:

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

If a usually reliable French source is to believed, she'll be an F1 development driver (I'm adding two and two together, possibly making five)

kinda want to take both "de cesaris" and "ellis" posts and views and merge them. as some of you have seen in certain posts of mine, my pancreas has basically all but failed. the pancreas is what produces a persons insulin. while im not fully diabetic like charlie, i do have to watch everything, and i mean EVERYTHING, i eat and drink. im lucky if i can get away with 10g of fat for an entire day and not end up in the hospital.(and counting sugar and sodium and processed foods and so on) i know most of you wont care and you can talk shit about this post, whatever, but it really is alot more to it than writing down numbers and "pushing a button". with things like this (for me at least) your body controls you not the other way around. i went nearly 3 years without being able working before finding a boss who was sympathetic to what i am dealing with on a daily basis. im 27 and i take roughly 150 pills a month to balance out whats going on with my body. all i am is a simple mechanic. i cant imaging traveling, having races and sessions to be at, sponsor appearances and so on. if hes even close to how i am, what he does is beyond amazing. ive had blood tests and surgeries on my pancreas and everything in between and still no answer in sight. i know it seems like a simple thing but really guys, theres so so much more behind closed doors that, unless your close to someone with it, you will never understand. sorry for the rant, just annoys me when people think uncontrollable health issues are such a simple fix.

I'm disappointed, after seeing the new scheme for Kyle Larson in NASCAR I was hoping Target would switch it up a bit in IndyCar.

I don't have it personally but my wife does, and has had similar experiences to you. It's probably why I got a little defensive on the last page (apologies ellis, I just feel it's often misunderstood and far less known about than type 2). What's encouraging is how far treatment and management has come in the last few decades. It's not out of the question that we'll see a cure in our lifetime.

But anyway, I'll try and keep it Indycar now. :)

Martin Plowman signed with Foyt for the Indy GP and the 500.

Conor Daly was aiming for that ride, and he claimed yesterday that he has nothing going on at the moment for this year's season. In any series.

Conor Daly seems to have much more potential for Indycar, but I guess it was more down to sponsorship.

I'm liking Montoya's livery...and also Helio's. Power still has the same boring black/white though.

That's good. The last turn hairpin spreads the grid too much and the first couple of rows have a huge advantage with a rolling start. They usually are at full throttle going down the s/f straight, while most others are still sorting (or still approaching) the hairpin.

There's been plenty of incidents off that hairpin before the start in the past. And yes that hairpin is impossible to get around 2 wide and made the start pretty messy.
