It was more Power than Dario, but Dario did slightly come over and you can see that where his car is verses the white lines.

Dario has been penalized 25 seconds after the race for the last lap incident with Will Power, dropping him
to 13th in the scoring order. Well.....

So Dario finally gets a penalty at Toronto, just two years later than he should have. A silly decision really, Power even said he was being ambitious with that move.
