Totally agree that Lotus and Ferrari are equally selfish in requesting that the tyres go unchanged, but I'm inclined to side more with them as the tyres are what they are and Pirelli said they would be (more aggressive) and these teams (along with Force India) built cars that suit them as well as the other regulations and constraints of the 2013 regulations. I think they're within their rights to respect that the advantages they have through these design choices (available to all other teams) and equal amounts of hard work, should not be negated by a change in one of the key parameters mid season.

I was very pleased with TV Montecarlo's coverage in FP1. Usually their race director is a bloody idiot who keeps showing unimportant things or have a WEC's style broadcast and keep a shot for only some 5 seconds before jumping to another and so on.

So far, there was lot's of nice and decently long onboards, good camera angles and nice selection of what or who to show. Much better than FOM have been and hopefully this will keep all weekend :D
