I typically drink reduced fat/low fat milk. Because I'd rather have low cholesterol.

i drink fat free milk but thats only cuz i have a shitty pancreas and cant tolerate fat. you get used to the stuff after drinking it for a while.

Nah, 2 percent. Whole milk tastes like cream.


In England I drank the equivalent of fat free. When I moved here I noticed a completely different taste, texture and colour to fat free milk. I also noticed 2 percent and fat free gave me eczema and that any type of milk from the grocery store had a shelf life of nearly 2 weeks. So whole milk for me.

I buy skimmed because when I run out or can't afford milk (poor student lol) there's hardly a difference in taste.

That's right. It is a skin condition I've had since I was a kid and I rarely suffer from outbreaks anymore (no major attacks in about 10'ish years). When I moved from using whole to 2 percent / fat free recently, I broke out in eszema within a couple of days. After about 2 weeks I moved back to whole milk and it disappeared immediately. Bit strange.
