Piquet put Scott in the wall with a few laps to go. Scott came up and door banged him on the cool down lap and then Piquet just plain dumped him and hit him again after that. Then they scuffled a little (very little) on pit road but Piquet did kick out at Scott's balls.

I don't think it connected but he took a big swing at him. Scott jumped back enough that I think he missed.

There were two victims, one of them suffered a shoulder injury, per NASCAR media (Gluck, Pockrass, et al). Evidently, someone didn't appreciate Piquet's nut kick.
