The entire season will be done out of this thread.

Rules are simple:

1. Pick who you think will be the top 5 finishers of the select race(s) for that particular weekend.
2. Points will be awarded if a driver you pick finishes in one of the following:
a. in the exact position you have the driver listed = 2 points
b. in the next position higher or lower you have the driver listed = 1 point
3. Bonus points are awarded for the following:
a. A driver picked wins the pole for the event (must have picks in prior to qualifying to be eligible) = 1 point
b. A driver picked leads a lap = 1 point
c. A driver picked leads the most laps = 1 point
d. A driver picked flips over during the race weekend without serious or fatal injury = # of times the driver flipped

FYI, I have also discontinued the Pole award for being the first one in as I found that difficult to keep up with.

I'm definitely in... and thank you for getting rid of the Winston Million. Question, is it going to be the classic points system or will we do the Chase format for Cup? I don't care either way.

I'm in once again. It was cool to have the Winston Million in there, but it seemed to kill the championship race if the points leader won it, so I appreciate that you got rid of it.

I had my ideas for a "Playoff" scenario, but, don't think I will do it this season.

I'll give it a shot.
