They said Allmendinger didn't put fuel in that stop. So it is between the 01 and the 10

He didn't drive into the back of him (like Kyle Busch would have done, and that is penalty worthy), he gave him a choice. It was 'Dinger's choice to take to the grass.

Sorry but I don't buy that. Dinger was fully alongside, are you saying he should have slammed on the brakes rather than take to the grass? That's not racing. That's like if Joao aimed his car straight at AJ's, then saying "well AJ had the choice to get out of the way".
