Just ran it back on my DVR. Smith got a little air near the back but Larson was the only car upside down.

I was watching the final laps with my parents and all of us were shocked when that wreck happened. Ugly stuff. I really hope nobody got hurt here.

As much as I understand being sensitive and not showing the replay until injuries are confirmed, but just seeing what made it through the fence beyond he engine would give us something besides assuming the worst.

I'll probably get flamed for saying this, but these drivers need to take collective responsibility for their actions in causing stuff like this... and so do the officials. There has been so many and too many close calls these past few years. How many more of these types of incidents have to happen before drivers and officials get their act together?

Rant over.

I really hope for the best for the spectators.
