That race was gonna get so good on the backstretch too, dammit. I know they had to get to those guys who wrecked as soon as possible, but isn't that what the GWC was supposed to be for? To ensure a green flag finish?

Well at least it was a good race, not as crazy as last year, but still very entertaining despite not having a real finish.

*ahem*

The Nationwide race will probably go the entire distance caution free and end with a 5 wide finish for the win.

The truck race was alright, I've never seen so much weaving around and near-crashes. They should've had several huge pileups.

Man, we just can't catch a break! This was setting up for something special, so maddening!

Caution laps shouldn't count in the last 2 laps of a race. So if they wreck on the white flag, they have to throw a caution and keep trying until they complete the last lap under green. If fuel's an issue, then red flag it.

As if this show couldn't get any shittier, I turn around and see Ken Squier on my screen. FFS.

Forgot to reply to this regarding Newberry then it was 10 pages back, but to answer the question he was a rich kid. Not a bad driver but wouldn't have made it on talent alone.
