Field is 43, and 45 showed up... I wouldn't imagine Brian Keselowski would manage to finish two laps down and still make the field.

I was thinking one person eliminated per race, maybe?

Greg "2nd place" Biffle

Unless they get involved in wrecks, I can see the same result happening on Sunday

Danica doesn't wanna get freight trained....

Wellllll....

Got back just in time for the white flag, my timing is great :p

Glad to see the streams back on Justin.tv, finally a smooth stream that doesn't have 20 thousand ads popping up all over the place.

Hope it lasts :)

Hopefully Biffle wrecks early in the 500. Bitch.

It's really nice that the cars aren't tanks anymore. Crashing actually seems to matter a bit more now.

I guess we were treated in the last era, but the last laps aren't going to be as exciting as they used to be any more eh.

At least not this year.

It can be exciting. Just need Biffle out of the picture.

How many wild last lap passes we're in our "golden era" of the 80's and 90'? I remember a lot of single file finishes....

Yes yes every time anyone dare mentioned anything about the racing someone brings up the "omg golden era the cars were split apart by 5 laps each" point...

Fact is, we've just gone through an era of the last lap being the best lap of all the plate races.
(yeah yeah, so long as everyone wants to race ;) )
Now we're apparently not going to get that so it's not the end of the world to point out that it'll be an adjustment.

But that was a good last lap, just not for the win.

I don't think Biffle could have done anything on the last lap. He didn't have anybody behind him to give him a push. I'm surprised that nobody mentioned that Joe Nemechek also raced his way into the Daytona 500. The only DNQ we know so far is Brian Keselowski.

Biffle hung back just enough from Harvick not to be able to use a tow and was in front of Montoya enough that he couldn't let Harvick get challenged.

I was fine with him in last year's 500, may be a little too forgiving. But now he's done the same twice in the past week.

Dunno what race you were watching cos in the one I was Montoya was banging on the back of Biffle all the way up to 3.

Had a dentist appointment for 1:45, got my filling, went home. Thanks to DVR and fast forwarding during commercials, I just caught up to live coverage and can now log on here safely. Sweet!

Mikey also blames Biffle for holding everyone up.

Worst restrictor plate racer in the best car: Greg Biffle
