I know that Vettel winning becomes boring, but why do people still believe it's only the car that's given him all his championships? You don't win 4 in a row by being an average driver aided by a great car. Give the guy some credit.

2014 is going to be great and I cannot wait to see how the Alonso and Raikkonen pairing will get on. I do however feel the biggest test will be Alonso's mental stability. Kimi won't be the walkover (off track) like Jarno, Fisi, Piquet Jr and Felipe were.

Although that particular McLaren did have significant Newey influence by the end of the year.

but the people saying that Vettel wins only because of the car reminds me when Valentino Rossi won everything at Honda, and moved to Yamaha to prove that it wasn't only RC211V that was a winner

Damon proved many doubters wrong within his performances in 1993 and 1994, those years alone meant he could never be regarded as average.

JV wasn't average either mind you, but he always believed he was much better than he was. His performance post-Williams prove that.
