Oh yes. He has had so many accidents I forget which is which. For the Monaco accident he was actually banned from racing in Monaco, ever, until his family got involved and a large amount of cash changed hand. Must be good to be a fucking lunatic funded by a rich daddy eh.

I think it was this accident.

That's not actually Maldonado that comes flying into the accident, IIRC. Cecotto should definitely be banned for a race. He got away with it in Sepang, and now it's not even a penalty for shoving someone off the track on a straight? Meanwhile F1 dishes out penalties for every little misjudgment and racing incident. Astonishing really.

As for the tire discussion, why is it assumed that one stop = dull and processional? Pirelli/The FIA have the power to make the tires exactly how they want. It's possible to make them more durable, yet still offering low grip. I want to see cars sliding and wheels spinning, drivers on the edge, without destroying the tires in one lap.

Not sure why all the articles are focusing on Red Bull. Did they not see Mercedes?

Imagine if they had these tyres in Canada, that would be like a 4-5 pit stop race.

I just saw something very similar in the street ... it was a supposed Ferrari Edition Smart ForTwo ... I have no idea if this was a retarded fan creation or a real thing. I'd be surprised if the latter because I though Smart were a Mercedes brand ...

Correct, it is a vehicle completely powered using KERS technology. I read about it in GQ.

If that's powered completely by KERS then how does it start? Can't get kinetic energy when there's no kinetic happening.....

Interesting interview. So the reason was Twitter combined with Gary's loudmouth personality and questioning FIA's denial of the situation of Bahrain. Plus FIA doesn't want stars like Sid anymore. Which explains why the new doctor hasn't virtually made any public appearance so far.
