Charles Pic (and Olivier Panis) must wonder he's got himself in to by joining Caterham.

At the end of last year, Marussia almost closed the gap to Caterham, even without using KERS. I don't think it is a surprise Marussia is now a better car then the Caterham.

Caterham had a lot of problems getting KERS to work but so far Marussia seem to have been okay. I think a lot of that must be down to Pat Symonds; he arrived early 2012 and sorted a lot of the problems out.

It is quite funny to think how back in 2010 Mike Gascoyne was confident of beating Lotus by the middle of 2011

Gascoyne has to be one of the most over rated and useless designers in F1 history.

I'm afraid not, that award goes to McLaren's tea-boy. Remember that person was once Williams chief designer.

There's a new track being built in the suburbs of Rio. But...

It comes as a replacement for Jacarepaguá, which is being demolished as the area is going to be the Olympic Village for the 2016 games. There was an agreement in which the old track would only be demolished when the new track - located at a former training camp of Brazilian army - was ready for use.

Current situation is - the old track is already being demolished while it was discovered the site of the new track is mined. The works there are severely delayed.

Given the failed attempt of an Indy race at a street circuit here, the difficulties the city would face with such an event, and how boring is the project of the new track, I am sure Bernie is just bluffing to ensure Interlagos will receive the necessary upgrades in its structure.

Are they building it? As far as I'm concerned, Deodoro circuit is an urban legend...much has been said about it, nothing done in real life so far.

Memo to Interlagos: Start Building the shit I told you to.

How to sum up Bernie Ecclestone's PR in a tweet-worthy sentence.

There is a process on the way. And I feel it will be finished. But it can be either at 2016 or at 2056.

Does anyone here know which driver has had the longest career in F1 while only driving for one team?

Only driving for one team in the whole career, or longest stint with 1 team?

Longest having never driven for another team is Sutil, if you count Midland, Spyker and FI as 1.

The driver is only allowed to have driven for one team during his whole career. Sutil is a great example, and I am very ashamed to say that he never even crossed my mind lol.

Jim Clark has it now, 72 starts. Hamilton held it for a while but his move to Mercedes gave the record back to Clark.

Having seen that Tweet, is it wrong for me to be imagining Max Chilton being knocked over by a safety car?

Inoue is a man whose opinion needs to be asked much more often within the F1 media. The guy is just brilliant!
