I doubt they would be too happy about how that camera would effect flow into the airbox! Awesome camera though, we can dream.

The Honda to McLaren rumours got me a little excited so Photoshopping happened.

Love that livery. Would not mind that being the actual design.

I don't know how legal it would be, but they should just slap the Marlboro theme in there even without the actual brand.

Technically it's not the Marlboro livery, it's the current one but in white with red end plates.

well, in that case it would be perfect in 2014 with the turbo engines.

I realise that, I meant that I wish they (or any team in fact) could actually use the 90s Marlboro livery no matter the sponsor, just for the sake of awesomeness and nostalgia.

And because it is a new page:

Red and White are also the colors of Japan so at least they can put that spin to it....

The Helmet-Cam FOM do have is fairly small though so shouldn't affect things too much if moved to the top of the helmet.

I saw someone post on another forum that Daniel Ricciardo was testing a camera for FOM at the final Barcelona test & that this had something to do with why he was wearing an unpainted black helmet. I didn't see any sign of any cameras mounted on the helmet, Not sure if they were testing out a ChampCar style Visor-Cam mounted inside the helmet? Would be cool if they were.

I also did a bit of photoshop to try the classic Marlboro livery on a modern F1 car with McLaren's actual sponsors!

The 1993 McLaren was one of, if not the best looking F1 cars of all time. The shape and the Marlboro livery together were fantastic. Though I think that effort by Mat is great and would be the best livery on the grid, the shape of the modern car just doesn't seem to suite the Marlboro livery IMO.

The nosecone looks a lot better from the side when it's plain colored !

Also, I love F1s since the new pitstop regulations (2010). Since the car length was increased, it centered the driver helmet in the middle of the car, and it looks far better.

I absolutely hated the late 2000s cars with long nose and small rear, driver way at the back. They looked hunchbacked:
