I should so try that at some point. I could pass for a GP2/GP3 driver if I slimmed down slightly, wore some cool sunglasses and a team shirt :p

I love the fact there's a wee "Total Cup" style thing going on there for the S2000 cars. Just like the good old days!

Yeah and James Kaye is still part of it  The only things missing to re-create the classic TOTAL Cup are Matt Neal and Lee Brookes (and maybe Robb Gravett).

A great day for the BTCC!

I hadn't been keeping up with the offseason news very well.

AMAZING stuff!

Wasn't it Richard Kaye who ran TC? I can't remember James running in the BTCC in the late 90s after he lost the Honda works drive.

They both ran in the Total Cup, James in '94 and Richard in '95 & '96. James was also a privateer in 1992, but it wasn't called the Total Cup then.

Before being the TOTAL Cup it was the TOCA Cup. Kaye won in 1992 and 1994, with Neal sandwiched in between.

Expect flips!

(On Saturday races, nowhere near the cameras...;) )

How many of those new FFords did we get in the end?

AMD may have a driver for their Focus. Round 3 onwards, round 3 may be the target.

Also, looks like the Insignia's (or certainly one of them) will be a dark blue.
