Most diverse series in the world? I didn't know he was offered an ARCA ride.

But seriously, Kurt contends for wins with FRR, so Montoya can atleast contend for top-10s on a regular basis, if not better. I'd take that over being in a series that's got a tenth of the viewership and always on the verge of implosion.

Montoya has also got a family to think of and I can't see him making that much money in indycar.

Nascar has always been the big temptation for champcar/indycar drivers.
First aj, then danica now jpm.

As much as it sucks you have the choice between winning races and championships in relative obscurity
Or a huge payday in nascar no matter where you finish.
And much huger rewards if you are competitive.

Until indycar makes its series a proper destination and had more money about it to keep its stars, this will always happen.

I am dissapoint. But not surprised

Maybe Andretti can use the sponsorship money he found trying to raise money for Montoya for Carlos Munoz? Colombian so the sponsors might be interested to continue with that.
