For there to be an election there would need to be more than 1 moron wanting to take the job in the first place.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

In the coup? 4.

Ganassi won't do it, neither will George (his plan involved putting Zak Brown in charge), dunno about Barnes, Kalkhoven might.

I don't think the plot was about installing one of them as boss, just a patsy who could be controlled.

I have not heard of a single person expressing interest in the job full-time.

Morons, yes, but I don't think they're quite so masochistic as to want to inflict that sort of punishment on themselves.

Best leave it for some other poor bastard.

The problem is that everyone is wise to the game now.

Robin has defended Randy constantly. The teams are just trying to shift focus off them because they look like assholes because of this.

I'm not surprised at all that KK was involved. Say what you want about CCWS, but that man was a fucking virus to it. He went behind the backs of the other owners and made deals that were already rejected. He isn't as nice as what he appears to be.

When he came in he made all the right noises, saving Cosworth, listening to the fans, putting out statements saying he can fund this thing forever, long past winning the war and all that crap.
That whole time his mission statement was to court Tony George and sell the series to him for a higher price than he paid for it at the fire sale of its assets in 2004.

I do think he could actually be another Tony George type though, I don't think he got into it to be a co-owner with three other guys (or one other guy and another who had 2% or whatever the deal was) and I don't think his ego can manage just being "another" team owner either....I believe he's part of the scheme against Randy but I wonder if he instead will try to go for the CEO position himself.

The only guy who got out of that whole Champcar thing with any credibility was Forsythe. I kinda wish he'd appear out of nowhere and fix this mess, I'd vote for him as leader rather than any of the clowns in the series atm anyway.
But, I think he was winding down his involvement with his team and the series before the whole mess happened anyway so he's probably happy enough running his business and watching Indycar stumble around like a zombie munching on its own flesh from a distance.

Yep, I'm not surprised Ganassi was involved and I don't think anyone else is. He's as smarmy as they come.

I'm just glad we have someone with some honesty in the media (RM).

Forsythe doesn't wanna be around KK or any of them and still hates Penske and Ganassi.

I briefly met KK back in Long Beach in 2007 and I was a tad rude. :p

Did you ever meet him Dave?

I met Justin Wilson too and he's a really nice person. :)

Forsythe seemed like a genuine guy, Robin Miller is awesome, Seabass was way better then I thought he would be. But my interactions with those guys where years ago.
