I am currently imagining the rain + the horrible cold wind that's so regular over there and actually put a coat on here. Rubmifer, I totally support your decision to leave

In my car now. :p I couldn't take it anymore. It's 10 degrees, there's a very hard wind and it just keeps on raining, and I dont have special rain clothes, so everything sticks to my body and my feet are drenched. Spa, I love it and hate it at the same time sometime.

The past few years, whenever there was a race in November (hard, nordish wind at 8°C), I would go down to the paddock and get myself a hot cup of soup at the big covered Woopy Snack-stand. However, Woopy Snack has been replaced by something else as of this year, so that stand is now 1) without a roof and 2) doesn't serve the same soup anymore :(

But you probably won't be able to get there anyway during F1, I guess. (no idea if you're able to get behind the endurance pits)

as a fan having to s(h)it in the pooring rain, nothing is worse than seeing the drivers on the giant screen while they are sat there, nice and warm, and with hot cups of chocolate milk.

Umbrellas dislike the idea of Spa-wind. Better invest in a ski jacket, has you prepared for that sudden snowstorm as well.

They've already shown someone having an issue with their umbrella.

Hate it when you get reduced running at Spa. Why can't we have reduced running at a shit track :p

They should have built Spa-Francorchamps originally in Bahrain, and Sakhir-kind of Tilkedrom in Belgium :p

This is a bit disappointing. I work from home on Fridays and I was looking forward to watching some Spa action while I work.

One of the good qualities of Spa, is that it can rain on a section/s of track while remaining dry in other places. Rain in F1 is always good imo.

well if the weather for the race is anything like it is there now, it could very well be a half points event

but if its a dry race it will be a spectacle

with only 44 laps in Spa, DRS should be enabled after the completion of lap 1.

If this was Formula Nippon, there would be 24 cars on the track atm (and 20 cars in the wall).
