FAS Lane Racing owner Frank Stoddard declined comment, and Townley was unavailable for comment.

“I was at an autograph session for the Camping World Truck Series and Frankie gave me a call and said the driver didn’t know if he wanted to run the race, so they wanted to make a driver change,” White said.

“I got signed up with NASCAR to get my Cup license. … Did all that, changed a few things with the seat and jumped in the seat right before the end of practice. I wasn’t really prepared for it but it was pretty cool to come out here and run.”

White was last in the final practice but the FAS Lane Racing car already is guaranteed a spot in the field because it is 34th in the car owner standings.

I guess with JWT not racing Sunday after all, we'll probably see three fewer cautions, at least.

Soooo. Iowa.

On a scale of 1 - 10, how badly should I avoid that race?

Plz help.

Before I lose 3 hours of my life.

I wouldn't avoid that race. Races at Iowa are usually pretty entertaining.

Michael Waltrip just compared driving a truck at Pocono to a Formula 1 car.

No, Piquet Jr is leading.. Hamlin in the top 10, but still a ways off.. lap 13 of 50.

Turned off the nose of Piquet Jr, Todd just turned left across Piquets nose, imo.. his fault.
