This is why Silverstone put the podium where it is. I love this.

They get a replica. The original stays at Silverstone, I believe.

Better then what the other two get.

This would work better if they didn't have parc ferme under the podium, where the fans can't go.

Jackie on the Podium, interviewing the drivers brought a huge smile to my face!

Is this the new press conference format? much better to get some views from the drivers on the podium. No chance for TV channels to cut the press conference.

BBC coverage is good and all, if they only scrap all these Horner interviews.

That's not been officially reported anywhere. You need to stop reading the rubbish at Crash.net.

Their site is full of nothing but Chinese whispers which they turn into article, which then get picked up by other fans and spread across forums as unfounded rumour and conjecture. Which is probably how you got the thought in your head.

Senna's drive for 2012 is not under threat. The truth is that Bottas is being considered for a 2013 promotion into a race seat (which has always been part of the plan) and has in his contract that he uses Bruno's car for some Friday P1 sessions. That is all.
