They have not called cautions for blown engines and spins, but do call cautions for slow cars. I think it all depends on what kind of racing they are getting or something.

I just got off the 120 Minutes of Thunder, finished 11th in class (22nd overall out of 40 cars) with 44 incidents. Overall winner won by one lap over 2nd place.

Yet that race is better than this one.
