May I steal your line about grand pianos for my race feature? :p

Haha, sure. Do I get a VIP pass when you've made it big? :p

Scherzinger, what an attention whore.

I take her any time rather than Indycar's equivalent Ashley Judd.

Sure :p

Good point from JV about neither driver wanting to be ahead entering L'Epingle.

Totally agree with JV regarding DRS.

Grosjean kicked Raikkonen,s ass again.

Ummm...no. Kimi had differential problem in qualifying, leading to his poor performance with 12 starting spot. That ruined his race, but he was still able to take four positions in the race. Had Kimi been in the top ten, he would have been much closer to Grosjean. Both Lotus drivers had a good race from their starting positions and pit stops were made at the right time.

If you had to name a one driver who made the most out of his strategy, that has to be Perez. Hamilton and Grosjean also made a good job, Kimi was not too bad either on track, he just was stuck behind slower cars with a different strategy more often than the top three today.

If only RoGro could curb his enthusiasm on Lap 1, he'd be battling for the title!

With the DRS today the drivers knew well where the place to use it is. Some drivers could have overtaken another into the hairpin and then get overtaken back.

Mika Salo mentioned that Alonso probably tried to let Vettel through to use DRS but his tyres were so bad that he dropped well back in the acceleration phase.

Simon Lazenby obviously doesn't know which Andretti he is speaking to, he has been avoiding saying his name and has been for the past 10 minutes.

I think Ferrari made a mistake for the late 1st stop of Alonso. 2 laps later then Hamilton. I think if Alonso stopped 1 lap later then Hamilton, he would had a bigger gap after his stop to get his tyres at a good performance before Hamilton could catch him.

I have now agreed with you 2 times in a calendar year. Maybe the whole 2012 thing isn't so farfetched :p .

Schumacher's DRS stuck open as when he opened it a hydraulic pipe came out & prevented it from shutting.

Paddock speculation that HRT knew they woudn't make it to half distance due to there brakes.

Good race. Overall very enjoyable experience, here;s a few more photos from the track:

Here's the Porsche that made those tracks through the grass at T1, could've been big had there been cars when he re-entered the track:
