I envy Wheldon. He doesn't have to see this nonsense.

I'm sorry, but I'm pissed. That was ridiculous.

If Sato didn't try in that curve, he would have slowed to avoid collision, and I think he would have lost Dario's train and wouldn't be able to try another time.

All we need to top this day off is for the horse to win the Charlotte Derby by punting Dinger off or something.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Hey it's the best victory of your life, lets remind you of all that you have lost in the past year!

Surprised at the way they're handling this tbh.

Honestly I like Dario, but Im completely gutted to see someone throw away their first win at Indy on the last lap.

First Indy 500 I have watched, I don't follow Indy Car closely either. I really enjoyed that, damn shame for Sato.

That's a pretty disgusting comment given Dan was a great friend of Dario's.

Dario did what he had to do to protect his lead. Even if that means forcing Sato down to the rumble strips.

Sato made his move too soon.

The best driver won, the ballsiest driver won all the attention. Sato's a hero!

There were a lot of boos for Dario in turn 1.

Sato pushed the "everything or nothing" button....on the last lap of an Indy 500...who wouldn't? Difficult to blame...

No-one can blame Sato for what he did, he saw a gap and he went for it, and there's that old quote about if you see a gap and not take it, you're not a racing driver any more.

I think so too. He tried and it didn't work. Very sad but congratulations to Franchitti.
